Anti-CD Hack

Well,my request is simple .Since i am not good at scripting and many people want it...

Is it possible to make an Anti-CD Hack plugin .I remember there was a CD plugin that colors the person in red...

This Cvars are written in server.cfg or amxx.cfg .There you can add a line like

si_list_default 1 -this means this cvar is turned on
si_list_default 0 -this means this cvar is turned off...

There may be a problem with the heroes,just dont add them.There are many heroes you can add and that dont have problems.
