Remove Ads V1.0

This is my first Plugin. I know that its simple but hey at least it's useful.

Type '/removeads' to remove the In-Game Ads and type '/showads' to show them.

Could you add Support for Steam_ID instead of IP?
(Because you get new IP and therefore loose your "played time")

And the nVault module wont load :/
