How to edit top15?

Hey, I changed my nickname, and in the top15 it still shows my old nickname, how can i change this.
I tried to find any files, and even searched for files containing my nickname, no luck :(

I want to use serverdoc with my RS private server, there is a command:
::update <time in seconds>

This commands makes a little timer in the left bottom...

To be honest i only know what LAN means but not what it actually is. (Local Area Network)

I cant find any paramete that is +secure either, i dont think u van get it non-secure?
Edit searched in google: +sv_lan 1 that will make it non-secure .

I tried to change the +secure to -secure and i took it out but i still did that.
And i always had not secure in the hlds.exe gui.

In HLDS GUI mode you can choose your port, and the 27015 is not availible allways for me so thats why i use 13.
