Name flood plugin

Looking at a recent cheat it seems that part of the cheat is to name flood the server meaning its hard to trace the STEAMID to the name of the cheat.

I would love to see some sort of script that...

I know it can be done with using a name and a setinfo password but can we see something simular to adminmod where you can use a steamid to match a player name. Means no configuration client side.

I use a very short nick 'SK'

I installed and tested. It didnt let me use SK, which is good, but it wouldnt let me us any other name with sk in...
