here ya go..i use this at my server and ppl love it..u do need to install all three plugisn in the zip tho..to go thirdperson type /thirdperson to go back to first person type /firstperson:up:

i made these took about 10 minutes for future reference..if u use photoshop cs3 then go into image at the top then mode then change to indexed color check transparency box change the box that says...

i use this plugin for no boosting..and it also solves the problem of team blocking..hope it helps :)
