Same problem on CentOS. Version of SM from 1.2.3 to 1.3. Plugin deleted from servers and I'm waiting for solving this errors.

There is a problem with server.cfg and sm_respawn_time_red / sm_respawn_time_blue variables - they always set to 1, while in server.cfg they set to 10 / 6.5.
Another problem is server restart...
