Is CS dead?
 
Is there still a good number of players still playing Counter-Strike? Most of the new plugin submissions are basically by foreigners as well...

Ha-ha. In many countries like Bulgaria, Spain, Romania, Russia (and other ex-USSR countries) CS is one of the most popular games. I don't think it is dead.
