cstrike extension is completely unnecessary in this plugin. It uses literally zero cstrike-specific functionality. The extra inc you decided to include, also unnecessary. You should have just put whatever functions you use from the inc into the sp file.

There was only 4 stock functions that you needed to add to the plugin. Here is a version that will compile on the forms.

EDIT:

There are a few coding issues that currently prevents this plugin from being approved.

1. Unnecessary include file(s)
2. Incorrectly used global variables
In addition to the global variables not being needed, the current code can cause two players to start a chat even thou they are not the intended players.
3. Incorrectly assigned default value on global array

I did not correct any errors.

does somebody know if it is possible to hear the voice/microphone of people, while i am not in the game...
