what is going to be dick position?

i got dick model and im wondering what position should i put it on

Than you shouldn't ask it here. If your own store plugin doesn't support changing bones to attach the "penis" to the approperiate bone, than you are out of luck :)

lol my store is much much better then public one.
i just thought there is a link or something that shows xyz coordinates for body parts of default terrorist/ct skins.

No hard feeling but, if its better than it should support changing bones. Perhaps you don't know how? Ask the maker of the plugin.
