Consecutive Killer Reward (with voice)

Description: for CS & CZ
reward player if consecutive kill 3+ enemies ( interval 5s last kill )
(with voice)
ect: kill 4 enemies in 5s >> play voice " three kill in five seconds "

I don´t like the idea and ill tell you why.
It gives inscentive for hackers.
and no one likes hackers

... I like the idea... anyway many plugins have some way for hackers to exploit. Take sh or wc3 they get xp when you kill someone. does that make it a bad plugin/mod? No... just because hackers can (and will) exploit something soesn't make it bad.

You could add a cvar to auto temp ban someone if they get too many kills within X seconds with some sort of progressive flag system.

How can i change the kills? Because here works like that... if someone kills 3+ enemys within 9 seconds, it shows up and voice up...? Wasnt it within 5 seconds to show and voice that plugin? So how can i change the kill to 4? When someone kill more than 4+ enemys within 9 seconds or how are the seconds there, plugin to start?
