[Eh Aqui] MvM Slot Manager





Description

This plugin manage players connected on MvM servers. He lock to a maximum of 6 players connected, and has support reserved slot with kick a player to enter the game but keeping amount of max players.



Cvars

eh_mvm_version
Default: 0.1
Show the Plugin version

eh_mvm_kicktype
Default: 1
Type to choose how client is kicked by reserved slot (0 - Highest Ping / 1 - Highest Connection Time / 2 - Random Player)



Command

eh_playercount
Description: Show the number of current players connected
Aliase: !playercount

If the server has 6 players, is this plugin just kicking every 7th player after he connected? I heard this method ruins the server ranking (where mine says: "Good" and "Upwards Fast" so far...).

Otherwise, great plugin, have been searching for a plugin, which makes use of reserved slot properly on MvM.

When he reaches 6 players connected, it uses the Connect function to reject the player connection, but if the player who is connecting is an admin, some player is kicked from server, but keeping 6 players.

1. Replay isn't being counted, so if you have replay enabled, the playercount is always one too high.
2. You should really consider using OnClientPreConnect instead of OnClientPreConnectEx so users will not have to download the snapshot version of Connect for this to work.
3. I'm not a huge fan of the "eh" prefix but that's just me.
