IRC /me Action (By: Phreak)
 

This plugin creates the /me style action in IRC into the mod you are playing.

This plugin was first created by Phreak for AMX mod and basically I have ported it. My first port so I started on an easy one :D

I use this on CS so I don't know for sure if it will work on other mods but looking at the code, I guess it should. If there are any problems report them here.
