Hud Hp

Hi i have not found a very simple plugins. I want a gauge for the hp at the left bottom of the monitor .
I want a gauge like that :

lllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

it would be better if it was all one color, like start of at green then when u lose hp to the yellow line it changes yellow and so on
