Autobuy exploit fixer
 

Because latest win hlds version available via hldsupdate tool Version Aug 28 2012 ( 5758 ) has still not fixed autobuy exploit so anyone can come into your server and crash it and other plugin claiming to fix it does not protect from all crashings of autobuy exploit I've made this. Hope you like it. Feel free to review my code and suggest optimizations.

- logs all exploit using attempts to logs\autobuy_crash.log


+ place autobuyfixer.amxx line in the top of plugins.ini file


= Linux 5787 beta doesn't need this, it has fix as I've been told.

I was thinking, wouldn't it be easier to just completely block these commands on servers that don't allow buying weapons anyway.

Just as note, it's not a server-side fix. It has been already fixed client-side (If I remember well hlds_linux maillinglist) but unfortunately we don't know when a new version of the client will be released.

Just placed it at the top after amxbans_...amxx in plugins.ini :)
Never thinked about that until now.

If you claim so then why don't you provide input so crashing could be reproduced?

If it's not you crashing server so just use this with uncommented "// log all autobuys" line and post logfile after crash so we can Reproduce the crashing if it really takes place.

Also take in mind that crashing could come not from autobuy exploit but from other badly installed plugins or anything other not related to this thread.

That is nonsence anyway, anyone would be able to modify their clients memory to remove this client-sided "fix" and crash servers freely. +bold text
