2013-01-23 CS:GO Update
 

Today's major CS:GO update is now here.

The following updates are required for now onward on CS:GO until the next releases of MM:S and SM.

• A MetaMod:Source snapshot build, 1.10.0-hg816 or later.
• A SourceMod snapshot build, 1.5.0-hg3755 or later.
• Possibly updates to some plugins. Again, see the last news post.

I can confirm server works using Psyconics recommendations. Following mods need updates as they have failed to load on my server:

Advertisements
SMAC
CSGO show the right nextmap
Gameme
UMC

those plugins need to be updated not a problem with the update. if they have an updated version yet... but the protobuf change to the messaging system affected those natives.

Maybe you can fix it yourself.
Please look at: http://wiki.alliedmods.net/Protobuf
It seems to be very easy.

The example includes also the detection if Protobuf or BfWrite is available.
