Restart server by say (ONLY ADMIN)
 

Hi, i need plugin to restart server... but it can use only ADMIN
example... I am ADMIN. i wrote co say live and it do 3xrr and to say wrote AFTER 3x restart LIVE and after i see on hud LIVE LIVE LIVE.

1. What admin flag do you want the plugin to need (Immunity, Cvar, Ban, Kick, etc)?
2. What should you say for the plugin to restart server?
3. Does it do anything before restarting server?

Answer these questions and i might do this.

2. to say "rr"
3. Before:
a) say: "LIVE after 3x restart" - without quotes (command sv_restartround 1,after sv_restartround 2 at the end sv_restartround 3)
b)In say:
