I'm reviewing Restmenu plugin for AMXX 1.8.3 and noticed some hardcoded sentences.
It would be nice to have a fully translated plugin.

Just to be sure "value name" is properly translated? This is supposed to be like column names, so should be translated separately.

The format of the config file is :

"value name", means first value is the restricted item (alias) and second means the full name of this alias.
That's why you should not translate "value name" as one sentence, but separately as unique word.

EDIT:
Actually "value name" could refer just to ailas name. Guess it makes more sense this way. Nvm then. \o/

In the past, I have never seen the official version contains a Chinese language,
but I would suggest in the future version will contain Chinese language !

you know ,in China, there are still many cs1.6 server, so the Chinese version should have to be added in to the default core !
